NEWS: Comings & Goings

The Reverend Ken Potter, Self Supporting Priest-in-Charge of Harby with Swinethorpe, Thorney with Wigsley and North and South Clifton retired on 31st December 2009.

The Reverend Con Apokis formerly Director of the Victorian School of Christian Education in Melbourne, Australia and Priest in Charge of Port Melbourne Australia has been appointed Clergy Training Officer for the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham and commenced duties on Monday 4 January 2010.

The Reverend Liam O'Boyle, Team Vicar in the Clifton Team Ministry is to be Partnerships Officer for the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham, commencing duties on the 12th April 2010.

The Reverend Andrew Axon, Vicar of St. Peter, Ruddington is to be Priest-in-Charge of St. Phillip and St James Church, Hucclecote, licensing on the 2nd May 2010.

The Reverend Joanna Stephens, Assistant Curate of St. Michael, Bramcote is to be Assistant Curate at St Mary the Virgin, Attenborough and St. Peter, Toton.

The Reverend Chris Hodder, Anglican Chaplain and Pastoral Services Co-ordinator at the University of Derby, and Chaplain to Derby Cathedral is to be Priest in Charge of St Paul’s, Wilford Hill.  Licensing date yet to be fixed.
